Analytics
Track rule views, conversions, conversion rate, and performance by offer type from one dashboard.
1 - Analytics Dashboard Overview

Dashboard Purpose
Top Summary Cards
The top cards provide a quick performance snapshot. Total views show how many rule impressions were recorded from storefront events. Conversions show completed rule conversion events. Conversion rate compares conversions against views. Top rule highlights the rule with the strongest current performance. In the shown example, the dashboard displays 78 total views, 0 conversions, a 0.0% conversion rate, and Code Discount as the top rule.
Rule Analytics Section
The Rule analytics area lists each configured campaign rule with its type, status, views, conversions, rate, priority, and target. This section is useful for checking whether each rule is active and whether it is receiving storefront impressions. In the shown example, Code Discount has 40 views and Buy X Get Y Discount has 38 views, while Cart Goal 1 and You may also like currently show 0 views.
Rule Type Performance Panel
The Rule type performance panel breaks performance down by offer category, such as Shipping Rule, Automatic Discount, Code Discount, Free Product, BXGY, Cart Goal, and Upsell Product. Each row includes conversion count, views, conversion rate, and a small progress bar. This helps merchants compare different offer types and identify which campaign category is attracting the most activity.
How Merchants Should Use This Page
Merchants should use this dashboard to monitor whether their active campaigns are visible to customers and whether they are producing conversions. If a rule has many views but no conversions, the offer may need a stronger message, better reward, lower threshold, or clearer call-to-action. If a rule has zero views, the merchant should check targeting, schedule, status, and campaign setup.
Best Practice Recommendations
Important Notes
Analytics values are based on recorded storefront events. Newly created campaigns may take time to collect views and conversions. Conversion rate will remain 0.0% until customers complete actions that count as rule conversions. The merchant should save and activate campaigns properly before expecting analytics data to appear.

Best Practice Recommendations
- Review analytics regularly to understand which rules are getting the most attention.
- Compare views and conversions before changing a campaign reward or threshold.
- Check rules with zero views to confirm that they are enabled, scheduled correctly, and targeted to the right customers.
- Use the top rule and rule type performance panel to identify the strongest offer format for the store.
- Improve campaigns with high views and low conversion rate by testing clearer messages, stronger rewards, or better timing.
